CAROLYN

Carolyn McKee- since Sept 08  

Carolyn grew up in Halifax and moved to Pembroke with her husband, Kevin, in 1992. They have a 7 year old son named Jason. They also have 10 year old Weimaraner, Tyler & 2 fluffy cats, Otis & Ozzy.

She calls Tyler her grey tornado. He is high maintenance and has taught her A LOT about dog behavior!

She grew up with dogs. She says" My Mom is a nurse so I was always bringing home wounded animals for her to fix. I’m still apologizing for the skunk.

"I have been a Pet Sitter for family and friends over the years. Now that my son is in First grade I have the opportunity to apply my love of animals more seriously. I am thrilled to become a member of the PPS crew and I look forward to meeting many new furry friends."

She started dog walking for PPS in Sept 08 when Jason went to school for the full day. The following spring she became our training assistant. Since then, she has turned her Tyler around from a social misfit, to a civil tolerant canine that is easily managed. Way to go Carolyn!
