Payment for services are due at the end of the month. You may opt for EFT from your bank account, credit card, cash or check. If you opt for cash or check, a credit card must be kept on file & will be billed at the end of the month if payment is not yet received. Choose Payment Options
Please print and bring with you http://doggiefunandfitness.com/release_form.pdf AND http://doggiefunandfitness.com/daycarerules.pdf if signing up for Day Care. Also please also bring a copy of your dog's vaccinations. All dogs must be up to date with their vaccinations, including kennel cough.
