Michelle is Laurie's sister & has been working with PPS since Jan 05. She lives in Kingston with her husband Jeff & son Alec. She has cats TC & Benny & chocolate lab, Charlie, Alec's "best friend". Alec is her good little helper.
Michelle has been socializing & observing dogs in a natural pack environment since 2005. She will teach you how to gain your dogs trust & respect through body language.

I just want to thank you and Lenette for the great work you have done with Scout Finch (and with us)! She went from a "Tennessee High Kill Shelter- No Clue on How to Live with People" hyper dog to the sweet girl she is and always had the potential to be. And we went from spending our evenings saying, "No! Leave it!" to cuddling her and relaxing together as a family.
When we got our one year old Scout Finch, she had never lived with people, been in a house, lived with a cat, etc. Since your work with her, she is a good leash walker, sits and stays and comes on command, plays fetch, generally gives the cat some space, and is a great pet for us. She never gets tired of her belly scratches and loves play group and practice training sessions. You did a great job training George and me, too! We are now "alpha" dogs, and George even has a cap to prove it!

My Dixie is a 3 year old dachshund. I work long hours and was very worried about leaving her alone. Laurie told me about the social hour at Bay Farm and I decided to try it. Dixie is a changed dog! She is curled up on the couch & sleeping when I get home. She is now very social to other dogs she meets. She was very timid, but now is not shy at all. Michelle takes her to Bay Farm every day with a group of dogs & is just wonderful. She takes such great care of Dixie. Thanks so much for all you do!
-- Chris K. of Duxbury (client since 8/05)
Leaving
our puppy Reese alone all day while we are at work wasn't
an option for us. Every day of the work week Michelle
will come to our home in order to spend time with Reese.
I even get reports on Reese's conduct and have
pictures e-mailed to me. We have 100% confidence in
Michelle & Professional Pet Services and it is extremely
comforting that Reese is being taken care of by very
competent and caring staff. -- Nancy
I just wanted to thank you for doing such a wonderful job (again)!! When our cat got out right before we left for the airport, we tried everything to get her in with no success. She's a very shy and nervous cat. Anyway, Michelle was able to get her in which is close to impossible.
Thank you for taking such good care of her and our mail and other deliveries. You guys are consistantly great!!

Rick and i want to thank Michelle
for taking such good care of Bailey, while we
are off working. Since you have been taking care of
him, he has not only lost weight, but he has become
a much happier, better behaved dog. He gets so excited
when he hears your truck pull into the driveway, and
can't wait to spend time with his "friends"!
You have been extremely dependable, trustworthy, and
professional. Knowing that you are coming for Bailey
while we are gone, has given us such peace of mind!
Thank you for the hard work you all do, and for your
commitment to safety and well being of Bailey! -- Carol
& Rick
