Rescues/Shelters:

founded in June of 2003 B.O.N.E.S.' mission is to rescue, rehome, spay/neuter, and provide necessary medical care to beagles in need in the New England area.

YANKEE GOLDEN RETRIEVER RESCUE (YGRR) provides comprehensive medical care, behavioral evaluations, and adoptive homes to homeless Golden Retrievers in the six New England states. Goldens may be admitted to YGRR from outside New England on a case-by-case basis.

Standish Humane Society is a no-kill cat shelter and adoption center located in Duxbury MA. You can inquire about a cat or dog via e-mail or call 781-834-4663 to arrange for an interview and tour.

German Shepherd Rescue of New England, Inc. is an all volunteer, 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to providing veterinary care, evaluation & adoptive homes for the countless numbers of German Shepherd Dogs who are left in pounds to await uncertain fate, are owner surrenders (divorce, death, etc.), or are from abuse or neglect situations. They help provide a safe harbor for German Shepherds that might otherwise be destroyed.

Breeders:

NordOsten Kennel is located in Northeastern Massachusetts, and proudly owned and managed by Cathy Seale, breeding mostly East working line German Shepherds. Their goal is to breed the best temperaments and health- dogs that can be good family members or working companion. 

Snug Harbor Labradoodles, located in Duxbury, MA, is owned and operated by Judy Hickey. She & her family share their home and lives with several Australian Labradoodles. They are committed to producing healthy, vibrant Australian Labradoodle puppies that will bring as much joy to their adoptive families as the dogs have brought to them!

Tip of the Shore Labradoodles, located in Duxbury, MA, is the sister breeder of Snug Harbor Labradoodles and is owned and operated by Jackie Padula. They are breeders of multigenerational Australian Labradoodles specializing in mini and medium sized dogs. Their breeding dogs are raised in a seaside community where they swim and romp the beaches daily. They are sweet and lovable and are recognized by their teddy bear look wherever they go!

Located in Kingston, MA, Brookstone Labradors is a small family-owned kennel and has been breeding English-style Labrador Retrievers for over 20 years. Sue Ketcham's labs are some of our best looking and tempered clients!
